The inner tubes have ‘american’ valves. Bring the pressure up with a bicycle pump, the advised pressure is 1,5 Bar (= 15 PSI). Be careful if you do this at a car service station: the standard pressure is often too high (2.2 - 2.5 Bar). At a bicycle repair shop they can also do it for you.
